REFUND POLICY

The refund policy for Flux Media 360 is outlined as follows:

• Refunds are not available for clients who have chosen a special package.
• Clients who requested revisions are ineligible for refunds.
• If there's no communication for over two weeks from project initiation, the refund eligibility is voided.
• Refunds are only granted in accordance with company policy.
• Engaging other companies for the same project voids eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds are issued only if the creative brief contains essential information.
• There are no refunds for complete design changes.
• Refund requests beyond the stipulated time frame are not considered.
• Refunds are not provided if the business undergoes alterations such as closing or name changes.
• Refunds are not granted for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.'
• If dissatisfied with a specific service in a bundle, a refund is applicable only for that service.
• No refunds are available after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable services include Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
• Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects initial designs. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for incurred costs.

Please note that Flux Media 360 reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. After a refund, clients relinquish all rights to use the designs, which become the property of Flux Media 360.
